Founded in 1952 based in Wednesbury, in the heart of the West Midlands. Hallen Engineering Ltd has grown to be a foremost specialist manufacturer of bespoke tubular components and spindles. We work in a variety of materials, including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steels, Aluminium, Brass and Titanium.
About The Materials We Work With
Our range of equipment allows us to work with material from 10mm OD up to 200 mm OD. We can produce components up to 1500mm long. Our presses range from 10 Tonne to 160 Tonne, which allows us to manufacture products with up to 10mm wall thickness.
We produce a range of Formed, Pressed, Swaged, Turned, Threaded and Machined parts to the exacting specifications of our customers, across a range of industries and applications. Supplying only the highest quality components, Hallen maintains an outstanding reputation for bespoke tubular components in the marketplace.

Hallen continue to serve a wide range of industries, working with Engineers from concept through to production of high and low volume requirements, including samples and prototyping. About Our Quality
We operate a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. To the following scope: Machining and metal forming of tubular components to customer’s specific requirement. In ferrous and non-ferrous materials where lot traceability may or may not be required. Our quality policies and management systems are continually reviewed and updated, as part of a continuous improvement process.
