Hallen are a specialist manufacturer of a range of Close Taper Nipples used across multiple sectors , specialising in many types of materials, including Carbon & Stainless Steels, Aluminium, Brass and Copper.
Hallen produce a number of ranges of high quality Close Taper Nipples conforming to various standards to meet the applicational needs of our customers.
We offer a full range of 3000lb Close Taper Nipples in nominal bores between 1/2” (DN15) and 6” (DN150) produced from hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe to ASTM 106 B Sch 80, which can be supplied with full mill test certification if needed.

3000lb Close Taper nipples are designed with high pressure and temperature applications in mind, such as process steam systems, oil and gas refineries, power generation and many others.
We offer a full range of 150lb close taper nipples in nominal bores between 1/8” (DN6) and 6” (DN150) produced from seamless 316 Sch40 stainless steel pipe to ASTM A312:DIMS ANSI B36.19, which can be supplied with full mill test certification if needed.

150lb close taper nipples are designed with low pressure and applications in mind, such as food, water distribution, hospital, petrochemical and many others.
